REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF THE HOTEL ROANOKE & CONFERENCE CENTER

 

Introduction:

The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a term contract, through competitive negotiations, with a qualified firm that can provide management and operation services to the Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center.


This Request for Proposals (RFP) describes the operation, the required scope of services, the minimum information that must be included in the proposal, and the selection process. Failure to submit information in accordance with the RFP requirements and procedures may be cause for disqualification.
