Web Reporting FAQ

  • My VTFBanner account has just been set up. Why can't I access Web Reports?
    • Since the data behind web reports is extracted nightly from VTFBanner, your user ID and security will not be available until after the nightly extract has run. In other words, your Web Reporting ID will not be available until the day after your VTFBanner ID has been established
  • Why does the data on my Web Reports not always match the data in VTFBanner?
    • Since the data behind Web Reporting is populated by a nighly extract from VTFBanner, the current days transactions will not be included in web reports until the following day (after the nightly extract has run).
