Board of Directors

The Foundation is a nonstock corporation governed by a board of directors. The Articles of Incorporation of the Foundation provide that the Rector of the Board of Visitors, the president of the Alumni Association, the president of the Athletic Fund, and the president of the University shall be members of the Foundation board. The remainder of the board is composed of alumni and friends of the university who are elected by a vote of the members of the board of the Foundation.
